In the event that the repair is not covered under warranty, CCI will charge a $250 evaluation fee. We require customers to have an active credit card on file or a PO with a $250 evaluation fee line item for customers with credit terms.

PO or credit card will only be charged after customer review of the repair quote. If the repair is covered under warranty following Control Concepts' inspection, no charge will be billed against the purchase order or credit card.

Authorize your credit card through PayPal. The card will not be charged until after review and authorization of the repair quote.
